Biography: Mr. Brooks graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. degree in 1954. After service in the United States Army, he attended the University of Louisville where he received his J.D. degree, Magna Cum Laude. He was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 1959. Mr. Brooks was an Assistant Professor, Business Law, Purdue University, 1962-1999. He has practiced in the area of probate, estate, estate planning and real estate from more than 50 years. He served for many years on national committees of the American Bar Association in Estate Planning.
